Looking to use the aerial yoga hammocks to get a killer ab workout this summer?
Join Instructor Diandra for a fun and energetic aerial workout experience! This hour long session will be completed with a nice stretch and savasana using the hammocks, to lengthen the body back out!
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to class start time for your own self-guided stretching if you like!
New to aerial? That's okay!
All levels welcome!
*Please wear a shirt with sleeves or something that covers the shoulders and armpits to avoid uncomfortable rubbing with the hammock fabric.
