Allison started practicing yoga 8 years ago when an injury sidelined her normal running practice. She found incorporating yoga helped her build stamina, strength, and the flexibility to run injury free but focused primarily on hot power yoga.In 2012 she expanded her yoga practice to include additional restorative disciplines to aid her pain management associated with stress and corporate life. Seeing a pattern of benefits she decided to attend Yoga Teacher Training to help deepen her understanding and further her practice. After obtaining her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certificate in 2014 Allison discovered that she really enjoyed creating yoga sequences and guiding people through there person yoga practice and decided to teach.

Allison is currently not instructing any classes.
